Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains what Pocket Arena (pocketarena.org) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your Discord account basics. When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar. We don't receive your email address or your password.
• Your game data. Your trainer name, team, items, progress, battle results, Arena matches and rankings, which we need to run the game.
• Purchase records. If you buy Arena Coins, we keep a record of the purchase (what you bought, the amount, the date and the payment reference). Payments are made on Stripe's checkout page: we never see or store your card or bank details.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting receives your IP address and browser information with each request. We use them to protect the game from abuse (for example rate limits) and to fix problems, and don't use them to profile you.

Cookies and storage

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one during Discord sign-in to protect it. Your browser also stores a few game settings, such as sound on or off. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no ads or third-party analytics.

Who else processes data

• Cloudflare hosts the game and its database.
• Discord handles sign-in.
• Stripe handles payments.

Each follows its own privacy policy. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

Public information

Your trainer name, outfit, team and rankings can be seen by other players, for example on leaderboards and in the Arena.

How long we keep it

We keep your game data while your account exists. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example for tax and accounting).

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data. Contact us on our Discord server. You can also remove Pocket Arena's access in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps.

Children

Pocket Arena is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let players know in the game or on our Discord. See also our Terms of Use.
